It's good to see that, indeed, you can't keep a good man down. As a former employee of Vic Jose's, I look forward to reading his views on a multitude of subjects. How about we start with this one: Why is it that Friends Fellowship Community has free-standing, independent housing units on which absolutely no property taxes are paid -- but they still receive all of the city services I receive?

VJ: I was wondering who would try to cause trouble on this blog, and I should have known it would be Susie Longenecker.

Hello Mr. Jose:

Still not happy with the way things are, but what can a person do. I do wish that there was some terribly rich,
ambitious person who would start another community paper.
I know people really liked it. Especially since it was free.
But I feel now a small fee would bring it around.

VJ: Thank you. All we need is a terribly rich and ambitious person.

Everyone's favorite Richmond paper has a new life. You will soon join the ranks of icons such as Craigslist. I see a whole new horizon. We would like to have Faye's column back as well. I think Craig stole your whole Action Ad concept and is not giving you proper credit! We also want jokes, maybe a few recipes.

VJ: If you comeback from North Carolina, we'll help you get started.
