					<description>That stinks!  What if one of you had been hurt? maybe whiplash? I wonder if your company have fought harder for you.  Sounds like it's time to start backing into parking spaces. :-(</description>

					<description>Honestly, no matter who is at fault, the other person's insurance company is going to hassle you like it's your fault. I had my own experience except that the other guy didn't look when he pulled out onto US 40 and literally ran over the hood of my car. His company called me at work daily and hassled me until I finally settled on my car (which was totaled). Two years later I was still dealing with the medical part of the accident and his company still would not settle. In the end, I decided it's best to just get a lawyer right off the bat next time and not deal with them at all.</description>
